excellent staff and very good location
the staff were very very very nice especially the reseption, particulary ardiana she was very nice and professional. the view was also sepctacular, and the location of the hotel is very good.
drinking water, slippers and tooth hygen kit were missing. they told me it is not part of my room package

Increíble, wouldn’t change a thing. Perfect comfy launching point for Andorra adventures.
The room was huge and bright and clean and we actually were happy to hang out/be in the room. The balcony with a view was so worth it - amazing views of the mountains. It was a super comfortable stay. Bed was a California king and so comfy.
The parking was a squeeze but the video they send you to find it was so helpful!

The hotel is very centrally located, with a great view. Garage is difficult to find and also difficult to enter with a large car. Otherwise we were satisfied.

We'll definitely stay here again.
Absolutely gorgeous room. Large, spacious and bright. We could have stayed here much longer. The bed was comfy and the room was super clean. Everything about the property was superb. The staff was attentive and considerate. They even recommended wearing a jacket on my way out to dinner. We would certainly stay here again.
